Growing up in rural Jamaica, Nadine learned the art of entrepreneurship at an early age, watching her grandmother run a small but thriving business. At just four years old, she stood behind the counter, serving customers with a smile, absorbing the wisdom and resilience of the woman who raised her.

Her grandmother’s kitchen was more than just a place to cook—it was a space filled with love, laughter, and the rich aromas of traditional Jamaican cuisine. Every dish carried a story, a tradition, and an unmistakable taste of home. Inspired by those early memories, Nadine knew she wanted to share that same warmth and flavor with the world.
